SUMMARY OF STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("Standard Terms") OF RYAN HOGARTY LTD.

These are the terms and conditions of business of Ryan Hogarty Ltd. All business dealings with Ryan Hogarty Ltd are subject to these terms and conditions in so far that they have not been replaced by a written and signed contract which has been entered into my the parties to the contract and which terms replace these Standard Terms only in so far as they are in conflict with each other.

1.Payment Terms

a.Monthly Coaching Sessions

• Fees are payable monthly in advance.

b.Bespoke Coaching Engagements/Invoices

• Managed via Xero.

• 50% deposit required on acceptance and to secure the work.

• Remaining balance payable 7 days before delivery.

c.Late Payments

• Outstanding payments will accrue interest at the 8% plus the Bank of England base rate.

2. Professional Boundaries & Responsibility

• Nature of Coaching: Coaching is a collaborative process and is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical care, or legal/financial advice.

• Client Accountability: The Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own decisions, actions, and results arising out of the coaching relationship.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Notice Period: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session.

• Late Cancellation: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions ("no-shows"), will be charged at the full rate and are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property (IP)

• All materials, frameworks, and resources provided during the coaching relationship remain the exclusive property of Ryan Hogarty Ltd.
