I began my career with a simple goal: to do something purposeful. 

While I started in law, inspired by a love for advocacy and having a natural way with people, I quickly discovered that my true talents lay in the mechanics of growth.

I didn't just practice law; I built a business. 

I started Hogarty Attorneys with nothing but a laptop and a printer in my lounge. Through trial, error, relentless strategy and sweat, I scaled my practice into three regional offices and a team of ten before successfully selling it to move to the UK.

The Scale Up Challenge

My journey continued at Red Kite Law, a prominent firm spanning England and Wales. I rose through the ranks from Solicitor to Partner and Regional Leader, but as I reached the top, I realised my greatest passion wasn't the law itself-it was the people and the strategy behind the success. I was made Head of Business Development and Internal Leadership Coach, I played a key role in a significant expansion:

• Doubling the footprint from 9 offices to 16.
• Doubling the staff from 150 to 300.
• Doubling the turnover.
